BRIEF ''AMICUS CURIE'' FOR THE UNITED CANNABIS MINISTRIES

It should be noted that prior to the filing of this Brief that every decision of the lower courts discussed why the UDV should be granted rights they didn't believe should equally belong to claims involving religious utilizing Cannabis. And of further note, the Supreme Court Decision in UDV made zero reference to any preferred treatment involving the religious use of Schedule 1 substances! This appears to show at least one positive effect from the filing of this brief.

QUESTION PRESENTED and TABLE OF CONTENTS

Whether the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, 42 U.S.C. sec. 2000bb et seq. requires the government to permit the importation, distribution, possession and use of a Schedule I hallucinogenic controlled substance, where Congress has found that the substance has a high potential for abuse, it is unsafe for use even under medical supervision, and its importation and distribution would violate an international treaty?
